The Service is a back-office application for small trucking operations. It reads the documents you upload, books loads and expenses, works out per-truck economics, and produces driver, dispatcher, and owner settlements. It's a record-keeping and bookkeeping tool; it isn't accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and you're responsible for the decisions you make from it.

You sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code, so keep access to that number secure, since anyone who receives your code can sign in. Each phone number holds one role per fleet. You're responsible for the people you add to your fleet and what they do in the Service.

Your fleet's data is yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it in order to run the Service for you (including reading uploaded documents through our AI provider). We don't sell it, and we don't use your content to train AI models. You're responsible for any legal, tax, or industry record-keeping requirements that apply to your business, and you can export your records at any time. How we handle, store, and retain data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

• The Service starts with a free trial. After it ends, it's billed monthly per active truck.
• Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. You keep full access through the period you've already paid for; after that the fleet becomes read-only, but your data stays viewable and exportable.
• Because it's month-to-month and cancellable anytime, we don't charge for or refund partial months. The free trial is there so you can be sure before you pay.
• We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

Use the Service only for its intended, lawful purpose. Don't upload content you have no right to, attempt to access another fleet's data, disrupt or probe the Service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the Service or other customers.

We work to keep the Service running and your data backed up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the Service, we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,”without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that automatic document reading will be error-free, so always review what's booked. You're responsible for the accuracy of your own records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBoundlessJoy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. If a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict- of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
